Live courses (in person and live online)
You can move your booking to another date of the same course up to 14 days before your course starts. A $100 administration fee applies.
Within 14 days of the start date, moving your booking costs 50% of your enrolment fee.
If none of the other dates suit you, we can hold your payment as a credit towards a course within 12 months of your original booking, less the fees above. If we cannot offer you a date that works within those 12 months, we will refund your payment less the $100 administration fee.
Rescheduling may not be available for courses hosted by other organisations.
Self-paced online courses
You have access to each self-paced, on-demand course for 12 months from the date you enrol.
Your certificate of completion is available once you have completed all modules.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If we have to cancel a course for any reason, we will offer you a full refund or a credit.
Discussion groups and journal clubs
Please check you can attend the date and time you choose. To cancel or move a booking, give us at least 24 hours' notice, otherwise the session is forfeited.
